One kitchen should not need three tablets

Third-party delivery is useful demand. It should not create a second operating system on the counter. Table Needs can accept supported external, prepaid orders and turn them into the same restaurant order items, production destinations, tickets, and kitchen workflow used by direct and in-person channels.

From marketplace order to kitchen ticket

  • Receive supported prepaid external orders without re-keying them at the POS
  • Preserve channel, dining method, customer, promised-time, item, modifier, tax, fee, and payment context supplied by the provider
  • Route each item to its configured kitchen destination
  • Send new work into the active KDS and printing flow
  • Keep marketplace orders visible beside counter, table, and direct online orders
  • Process retries safely without creating duplicate restaurant orders
  • Retain restaurant and location context for reporting and support

The menu still has to survive the trip

A delivery connection is only useful when provider items and modifiers map cleanly to the menu the restaurant actually produces. Table Needs supports deliberate menu and order synchronization workflows, including location-aware context and provider identifiers where the connection requires them.

Built for brands as well as stores

Central menu standards and restaurant-level publishing reduce the work of maintaining marketplace menus across a growing group. Each location keeps its own availability, production destinations, promised times, and operating reality.

DoorDash, Uber Eats, ezCater, and other providers

Provider availability, supported workflows, menu ownership, and onboarding requirements vary by connection. If DoorDash, Uber Eats, ezCater, or another marketplace is part of your stack, bring it to the implementation conversation and we will confirm the exact supported path before launch.
